The idea is pleasingly simple. Palm Greens will be serving up seasonal, plant-forward small plates designed for sharing, alongside considered cocktails, natural wines and alcohol-free serves, with one vinyl curator, Dani Diodato taking care of the music for the whole night.
There’s something deliberately unhurried about the whole thing. Come for dinner, settle in for a drink, listen to some records and see where the night takes you.
