Chambers of Flavour, Hoxton

Dramatic dining

Gingerline’s multi-dimensional culinary adventure Chambers of Flavour v 2.0 is better than ever. You can expect five deliciously daring courses, enjoyed within an immersive set and with a whole host of mischievous characters.

The location of the hidden Hoxton HQ is revealed only on the night by text. Once you’ve checked in and handed over your belongings you’ll enter a completely different world and the adventure begins. This is not a dinner that you will be enjoying whilst staring at your phone – it’s all about being present.

During dinner, you’re guided through five chambers along with your fellow diners, enjoying a theatrical course in each. It’s not often we write a meal review that includes no information about the food, but the secret is a very well guarded one. What we can say is that the menu has been designed to challenge your tastebuds, without being over complex or hoity toity. The menu can also be adapted to suit any dietary requirements you have with prior notice. They easily coped with our group – a vegetarian, a vegan, and one with a gluten intolerance. The theme of the chambers is also an enigma for you to discover for yourselves, although we can promise you will have far from a boring evening.

Act fast if you want to snap up a seat though – the preview tickets sold out within 48 hours.
