A collection of modern workspaces at Hackney Downs Studios for East London’s burgeoning creative community
Eat Work Art have expanded its site to offer 10 new studios in the converted print factory. In light of the demand for more local workplaces with easier flexibility between working from home and studio, the majority of its studios have been prioritised for those based in the borough.
With a shared focus on work and wellbeing, Eat Work Art are offering its residents an optimised work environment alongside on-site facilities. Expect a zero-waste store, fitness centre, cafés, barbers, restaurants and even a florist.
A number of initiatives have also been introduced to attract locals and allow easier access, including: local referral schemes, increased bike racks and continued 24-hour front of house service.
Its fully serviced workspaces vary in size, from desk space within shared studios for artists, designers and creative freelancers, to vast private studios for industry leading creative businesses.
More than just a workplace, the Theatre Studios are set to create wellbeing workspaces where East London’s community can thrive.
