Michelin-trained Chef Aidan Brooks, creator of Eleven98, invites you to experience his Chef’s Table concept: an innovative and sustainable fine dining tasting menu served in the chef’s private garden and dining room in Hackney.

Begin with a quirky cocktail on arrival, made using Haggerston-produced spirits from the 58 Gin Distillery. Then you’ll take a pew, sit back and experience a carefully curated tasting menu of seven courses.
All of the fruits, vegetables and herbs on Aidan’s menu have been organically cultivated or foraged in Hackney and everything else is Hackney-produced or sourced.
Aidan’s interactive style of service means he’s on hand to offer insightful details behind each dish as it’s presented, explaining where things were grown or where they came from. This makes the whole experience way more than just a meal.
