Burger & Beyond has teamed up with seafood sorcerer Tom Brown (Pearly Queen) and meat maverick Richard Turner (Hawksmoor, Meatopia) for a no-holds-barred flavour clash that’s pure Iberian indulgence on a plate. The limited-run special? A sultry, golden pan de cristal sandwich — that cult Spanish bread that crackles when you bite — reimagined with full-throttle surf ‘n’ turf swagger.
Think juicy Iberico pork, sweet garlicky prawns, a fiery kiss of chilli and aioli, melty Ossau-Iraty cheese, sticky hot honey, and crunchy slaw – all snuggled inside that slender, shattering-crisp crystal bread.
