On Saturday 7th November, two Shoreditch favourites are joining forces for a one-night-only “15 Year” BLOK Party, taking over Protein Studios, conveniently located halfway between the two restaurants in Shoreditch.
The restaurant teams will be firing up the offset smoker and wood oven for a proper street food feast, with Manteca bringing its nose-to-tail Italian-inspired cooking, hand-rolled pasta, wood-fired breads and in-house salumeria, while SMOKESTAK brings the smoke with its legendary brisket, ribs and brisket buns.
The party will spill out onto the pavement and carry on until late, with food, drinks and plenty of birthday spirit. And because it’s a party with a point, all proceeds will go to charity.
Basically, two birthdays, one big party and absolutely no excuse to eat dinner at home.
