Calling all egg lovers! First launching in 2013 as a food truck in Los Angeles, you can now find Eggslut here in East London. Known for whipping up eggs in unique and delicious ways, every hearty dish on the menu is prepared to order using locally-sourced ingredients.
If you’re a boiled egg-dip kinda person, then their signature dish, the ‘Slut’ will work well for you – a coddled free range egg on top of house-made potato purée, cooked in a glass jar, topped with salt and chives and served with slices of toasted baguette. We love Eggslut’s popular breakfast rolls, classic bacon and egg with truffle hash browns, washed down with their new matcha latte. Finish off with the soft fluffy crème brûlée doughnut – its rich and creamy custard base topped with a layer of hard caramel makes the dreamiest doughnut.
