From a dessert pop up to a small ice cream bar in Hackney, then a dessert bar in Spitalfields – it’s all go for Happy Endings as they recently launched a Honeycomb Crunch collaboration with burger restaurant, Bleecker.
Founded in East London 2014 by Terri Mercieca, Pastry Chef, YBF award winner and champion for Queer business, Happy Endings has gathered a cult following for its range of desserts and ice cream sandwiches – all made with ethically sourced ingredients. We have to say, its new Honeycomb Crunch shake is to die for – sweet and a little salty, it’s definitely a great happy ending or beginning – or anything inbetween! Made with Bleecker soft serve and Happy Endings Honeycomb – and prepared in their East London bakery.
Recently winning Best Burger in the UK, Bleecker, founded by Zan Kaufman also started small, as a food truck and has gone on to four bricks-and-mortar sites in Spitalfields, Bloomberg Arcade, Victoria and Westfield London. So when you next have a craving for a juicy, top-notch burger, you just have to add a Honeycomb Crunch shake!
