Spitalfields Music Festival returns this summer with a bold, beautiful programme running to 9th July 2025, presenting world-class performances, striking new compositions, and unexpected musical encounters in venues across East London.

Curated by Sarah Gee, Spitalfields Music’s Chief Executive & Artistic Director, the 2025 edition continues the festival’s 45-year legacy of spotlighting boundary-pushing new music. Over nine exhilarating days, the festival will unveil thirteen brand-new works, bringing together trailblazing artists, historic venues, and cutting-edge soundscapes. Expect everything from intimate choral celebrations and evocative string quartets to dramatic new music theatre, late-night meditations, and contemporary takes on timeless classics.
