Project Period Podcast Recording, Hoxton Square Bar

Ctrl Alt Delete – Project Period

Emma Gannon, journalist, author and host of hit podcast Ctrl Alt Delete will be leading a live podcast recording to discuss all things period related. Emma’s amazing panel will include Tasha Bishop, founder of the Pants Project, a not-for-profit organisation that raises funds and boosts awareness of social issues by using pants as a source of strength and symbol of empowerment. Joining them will be Dr Anita Mitra (AKA The Gynae Geek) who provides accurate, thoroughly-researched information on the least sexy, but most important issues of women’s health. Period activist Holly Bantleman is the panel’s third member, whose goal is to fight period poverty globally through her work with Project Period. Holly has also designed reusable sanitary pads which has provided over 45,000 women and girls across East Africa with the menstrual products they need. It’s set to be a bloody good evening, so book tickets quickly. All proceeds will be donated to Juliana’s Project, tackling period poverty in Kenya.
