Hackney City Farm every Monday evening and join the lovely Rachel in the Straw Bale Building for an hour and a half of deep relaxation, meditative breathing and restorative yoga. Follow the signs for yoga through the farm gardens and discover this oasis of calm while the animals sleep in the barns outside. The practise combines meditation followed by an hour of Yin yoga. There’s no need to book, you can just drop in. The class is donation based, 50% goes to the farm and 50% goes to the teacher. You will not only be doing yourself a world of good but you will be doing good for the planet.
