Find a Date While You’re Training

For the inveterate, and single multi-taskers out there, here’s an idea: why not combine your training time with speed dating? A new pop-up class allows you to do just that, the brainchild of Right Path Fitness, a personal training company based in Hoxton. The first Dateercise class takes place at Rich Mix in Shoreditch, on Thursday 26th July at 7 pm.

Expect to do a circuits-style class with 12 different zones, each of which will involve training with a different partner. Keith McNiven, the founder of Right Path Fitness, says: “yes, it’s a fun class, but it’s not just a gimmick. Training as a couple has huge benefits, so it makes sense to combine dating with exercise in the first place, for the chance to meet someone with the same outlook as you.”
