Cocktails will bring out the best of the bar’s botanical theme; take your pick from the likes of: What The Dickens, a mix of Beefeater 24 Gin, Grand Marnier, orange and lemon juice, fresh raspberries, topped with Fever-Tree Blood Orange Soda, and Whizz Fizz, Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger married with elderflower cordial, crème de cassis and lemon juice. A host of local gins, champagnes and wines will also be available.
To accompany, a range of seasonal sharing plates and bar snacks, including burrata with white peach, pistachio and toast; chilli and lemon crab sticks with brown crab ketchup; grilled octopus with Mojo Rojo sauce, lemon and crispy shallots; and roasted aubergine with confit onions, pomegranate and zhoug.
