New Rooftop Bar, Sabine

Raise your glasses and gather your pals, a new rooftop bar, Sabine has landed in East London!

Situated in the heart of St Paul’s on Godliman Street, Sabine is raring to bring you all the rooftop views, vibes and vino for the summer and beyond. With botanical interiors and two terraces – one al fresco and the other with a retractable roof – Sabine will have you covered throughout the seasons, for after-work drinks, dates and every celebration in between! 

Cocktails will bring out the best of the bar’s botanical theme; take your pick from the likes of: What The Dickens, a mix of Beefeater 24 Gin, Grand Marnier, orange and lemon juice, fresh raspberries, topped with Fever-Tree Blood Orange Soda, and Whizz Fizz, Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger married with elderflower cordial, crème de cassis and lemon juice. A host of local gins, champagnes and wines will also be available.

To accompany, a range of seasonal sharing plates and bar snacks, including burrata with white peach, pistachio and toast; chilli and lemon crab sticks with brown crab ketchup; grilled octopus with Mojo Rojo sauce, lemon and crispy shallots; and roasted aubergine with confit onions, pomegranate and zhoug.
