The world’s first secret (well, not-so-secret now) hot chocolate salon is coming to Dalston for all your cocoa-based needs. To kick off Fairtrade Fortnight, Rosine’s Hot Chocolate Salon will be supporting Fairtrade’s She Deserves campaign, which aims to reveal the true story behind our favourite choccy bars. The pop-up is named after a real cocoa farmer from Côte d’Ivoire, and will highlight why cocoa farmers like Rosine deserve a fair living income. The menu will showcase three hot chocolates created by leading celebrity chefs Melissa Hemsley, Tess Ward and Tom Hunt, with dairy and non-dairy milks on offer. Each drink is named after a West African cocoa farmer and will be priced at £1.82, the daily wage of a cocoa farmer.
