Mrs Fogg’s at Maritime Club and Distillery

Gin-lovers, Meet Mrs Fogg

Londoners with a penchant for mother’s ruin will be long-acquainted with Mr Fogg, intrepid adventurer and the name behind Covent Garden’s renowned gin parlour. Well, it turns out Mrs Fogg is also something of a gin fiend. Inspired by Aouda, Phileas Fogg’s wife in Jules Verne’s classic Around the World in 80 Days, Mrs Fogg’s serves up inventive cocktails and innovative dishes inspired by her nautical travels. The bar, complete with its own gin distillery and steamer ship, is located at Broadgate Circle and takes guests on a fantastical adventure aboard the Rangoon Steamer. The Maritime Club is filled with curiosities collected on Mrs Fogg’s travels, featuring cocktails inspired by the exotic flavours she encountered on her travels. In true steampunk fashion, revellers can shake their own cocktails using a custom-designed Rickshaw in the engine room. Masterclasses are also available in the fully functioning gin distillery, with the opportunity to take home some of the in-house gin as a souvenir.

Mrs Fogg’s is open from 11am, serving up small Indian-inspired dishes until late. On Saturday afternoons cocktail enthusiasts can book into a Tiffin Tea experience, with sweet and savoury nibbles, live entertainment and eclectic cocktails.
