The St Augustin Tower in the middle of Hackney Central is the oldest building in the entire borough. When Fabienne Jacquet decided to gather a small group of fellow creatives to exhibit their work she chose this unconventional location as a backdrop for artists of all ages and cultural backgrounds to display their paintings and photographs. The exhibition is spread over 3 floors which are only accessible via a very narrow spiral staircase, and if you can make it to the top you get to see original artefacts of the tower as bonus. But you have to be quick: The UNVOICED art exhibition runs until the 16th of June. A.M.
The exhibition is open:
Saturday 15th June 12 to 5pm
Sunday 16th June 2pm to 5pm
