Enjoy a backdrop of stunning London views this Easter weekend at Bōkan in Canary Wharf. Executive Chef Guillaume Gillan has created a seasonal and stylish three course menu to enjoy alongside endless Prosecco in the laid back yet luxe Bōkan 37.
Tuck into starters of organic hen’s egg, green asparagus veloute with buckwheat tuile; or fresh Scottish salmon tartar, avruga caviar, tobiko, coriander and potato crisp. To follow, indulge in the likes of whole rabbit tagine, whole grain mustard sauce with spicy bulgur; or mushroom shiitake risotto with sake and sesame and Mayfield egg yolk puree. For dessert, the surprise Easter chocolate egg with milk ice cream is the ideal way to top off a beautiful brunch. Alternately, opt for a selection of artisan cheeses from Paxton & Whitfield with apricots, grapes, quince and sesame crackers.
Bōkan’s Easter brunch menu is available from 12.30pm with last orders being taken at 14:30pm from and costs £45 per person with an additional £15 for bottomless Prosecco.
