The Square Mile will be awash with colour and ringing with revelry from 6 – 21 March, when Cinnamon Kitchen will open its doors for the fifth annual #HouseofHOLI celebrations. Head over to Vivek Singh’s modern-Indian restaurant for 30 minutes of paint pelting fun to mark Holi, the Hindu festival that celebrates the end of winter and the arrival of spring. Slip on a protective white suit and start spreading some colour. Afterwards, enjoy a cocktail or mocktail and a feast of delicious dishes from Cinnamon Kitchen. As a bonus treat, on 16 March Executive Chef Vivek Singh will open up the doors to his kitchen for a one-off Holi Special Masterclass. Here, he will teach guests the traditional and modern Indian cooking methods involved in creating the snacks and street food served during this joyful festival.
