The Best Halloween Events in East London

Twisted Circus Savage Garden

For some, Halloween is about dressing up in the cutest outfit conceivable, and for others its about scaring themselves witless. For those of the latter persuasion, Savage Garden, London’s wildest roof bar, is hosting a twisted circus complete with evil clowns and even a ‘human table’ which sounds…reassuring. Gruesome (but delicious) cocktails will of course be served, and your first one is included with your ticket.
When? 26th October, 8pm-2am.
Where? Savage Garden, 7 Pepys Street EC3N 4AF

Piano Works, Farringdon

This Halloween, all we really want to do is dress up, drink a healthy number of themed cocktails and dance to trashy tunes. If we could afford to cover the cost of a carpet cleaner, we’d have a house party, but as that’s not an option, we’re heading down to The Piano Works in Farringdon. Come dressed as your favourite icon from the radio charts of the past and request non-stop live tunes while necking creepy cocktails. You don’t even have to run to the shops hoping there will be one slightly dry palette of face paints left for you – there’s a face painter on hand at the venue to assist with your macabre makeover.
When? 27th October, 12-1am
Where? The Piano Works 113-117 Farringdon Road EC1R 3BX

This Halloween, Just Juice and Queen of Hoxton will be bringing the crazy décor and over the top production that they’re known for to new levels with their Mexican ‘Day of the Dead’-themed carnival. Expect candy skulls and tequila everywhere. Musically speaking, the basement will be more of a ‘bassment’, hosted by residents Silas and Snare with two amazing guests: Amy Becker (Acrylic) and Swing Ting feat. MC Fox. Melt Out Crew will host their carnival brand of Hip-hop, Garage, House and more on the ground floor and in their new room, Gin & Juice resident Elwood will provide a mix of party music.
