South Place Chop House are here to help you along the way, with the second of their Seasonal Feasting Series. To continue their celebration of provenance, they are hosting a cooking masterclass and dinner, focused around beef Wellington, that most mighty of dishes.

Join Head Chef, Guy Betteridge to learn how to prepare the perfect beef Wellington before sitting down to Orkney scallops with fennel puree, then the main event, beef Wellington with truffled creamed potato, crispy grilled onions and a marrowbone sauce. The feast will be rounded off with a caramelised quince tart with festive chestnut and rum ice cream. Masterchef, eat your heart out.
