Raising Eyebrows
In a career-first for Alice Skinner, the feminist illustration artist created an inspirational street art mural in Shoreditch’s Chance Street. Having largely worked on smaller-scale projects, this project – created in partnership with beauty company Benefit – is one of her most exciting ventures so far.
Working with a team of street artists, Skinner designed an artwork celebrating and uplifting women’s “brow-raising” accomplishments ahead of the launch of Benefit’s new product, Brow Contour Pro. The project aims to unify women from across the city, as the collaborative event encouraged Benefit fans to contribute to the artwork, proving that “when women come together, they create wonderful things.”
