Lunch and dinner menus are served in the restaurant, bar and on the terrace, where Nobu’s world-renowned classic dishes and unique sushi are joined by an exclusive selection of Summer Specials created just for Shoreditch. A delicious menu of Nobu Tacos showcase the restaurant empire’s signature Japanese-Peruvian influences, including Wagyu Beef, Salmon and Miso Vegetable alongside the BBQ-ready Kushiyaki skewers served with teriyaki or anticucho sauce.  And the new lunchtime Salads combine fresh, local produce with Nobu’s Japanese sensibility to create a selection of dishes ideal for those hot summer days, including Field Greens Salad with Matsuhisa Dressing, Baby Spinach Salad with Dry Miso and Butter Lettuce Salad with Gnocchi & Truffle

And if you’re just passing through, try one of the stunning new range of Soft Serve ice creams available in the newly launched Nobu Café in the lobby of the hotel.
